This ad makes something very funny out of something not funny at all -- being stuck in a horrible job. In real life, hurting a defenseless animal is not funny. But then neither are being verbally abused by your boss, having the urge to scream, or crying uncontrollably. Plus, no koala bears are hurt, even within the "real world" of the ad -- it's a daydream.

Comedy is hard.
In part because it's subjective.
FTR- I thought it was really funny. Especially the third of fourth time.
Way funnier than the Dorito's thing. Though I laughed when the snow globe nailed the boss in his globes.
