Only One Moving Part

A few have inquired as to when, exactly, I intend to publish the promised description of my sledge hammer workout. The workout is still not ready for prime time; however, there is a wealth of good sledge hammer information to be found online if one but looks.

A variation of this exercise that I performed on occasion when I was an undergraduate.

1) Walk out to a mine or quarry with some interest rocks, fossils, or minerals in it.

2) Break rock for half a day. A sledge and large chisel works fine.

3) Haul back 50 pounds of moderately interesting rocks.

4) Shuffle them around for years and eventually throw them away.
